To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

A tracking number will be provided after your order has shipped, we will update your order with the tracking information. Package will be trackable from PLANET -DRIP- to your palace.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based on the weight of the order and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
Back Orders
If for any reason an item goes out of stock, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When said item is restocked we will ship you the rest of your order or you may receive a full refund for said item. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second package.
